Apart from the plain flat terrain boards everything else is part of one member’s collection.
The game resulted in a German win this time, very poor morale dice by the British airborne troops allowed 21st Panzer to advance to support the rear of the beaches.
Here are a few pictures of the game I managed to take, with links at the end to loads more, plus a few videos.
First, set up and the first nights action.
I was unable to attend on the Saturday so the last pictures are from Sunday.

Those are some wonderful pictures. I’ll have to come back and explore the albums later. This is one huge collection! đ
ReplyDeleteIt certainly is a splendid collection even without all the terrain.
DeleteI commented over on LAF, but can't get enough of this. I especially like those Grand Manner boats painted up. It must have been a great game to have been a part of.
ReplyDeleteIt was fun and frustrating at the same time. Left after Friday night with the allies in an OK position only to come back on Sunday, couldn't make the Saturday, to find it had all gone wrong for the airborne troops which in turn made the landings problematical. Still great though.
